First day of classes! We were both a bit nervous, wondering how the embedded systems technical course would go and the oral English course. Well, it was a long day and we have lots of room to improve.  We have 40 students and there is a range of interest and ability in English, plus we learned the technical material was more challenging. We have a 15 minute walk to the campus and the first class begins at 8:30am.  We stayed there all day, ate lunch in the cafeteria, and had the final class end at 4pm.  After that we had materials to prepare in the shared office space with our helper, L.We also got some take-away food at a food stall near the cafeteria and finally got "home" to our apartment around 6:20pm.  We ate our tasty food and got right back to work on our English course prep.  So, we felt quite tired when we got to bed, but it was a pretty good first day.
